Designer, creative, strategist, facilitator—whatever you call yourself these are the tools that will help you get better results—all grounded in human-centred design.
A set of creative ideas to connect you. To ground you. To move you. To put a smile on your face.
We created this pack as a quick and easy way to learn something new, lean into our creative side, take care of ourselves, play (more) and build community. This collection is lovingly curated by our Overlap team in collaboration with our favourite Master of Creativity, Linda Carson, and our pals from the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA).
30 pages / 25 activities / 3.5 x 6.5 in / paperback
How do I use it? It's simple: If you're looking for something to do, open the book, tear out a page, and do the activity. Work through it at random, in order, in reverse order, or any other way you can think of. Rip out a few to give to a friend. Do one a day, or one a week, or one a month. There are fewer rules than you think.
Proceeds for this project will support two organizations close to the Overlap team:
Linda Carson student endowment awards through the University of Waterloo
Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA)
